re: Ann: Completion of Due Diligence and Noti... One issue I might see with that is, as I believe, since if a company takes on more than 20% of a company then they have to either institute a takeover or are only allowed to take on an additional small % of the company each subsequent year.

and on that note did anyone find out how are and what was the significance of the 19.9% cornerstone investors we had sometime ago?
