i have never lost any money in icn (yet) but i admit i didn't purchase quite as high as you. always .20 or less and i took my chances and sold most of my holdings right before the GSA ann at around .27. HUGE risk but it paid off, when the ann was made i literally shat my pants, but then to my surprise the SP dropped! weird stuff....

anyway got back in at .22, but no big deal ICN SP fluctuates so much it is ridiculous. if you just hold for 6-12 months you are almost bound to make money. in your case, you could be holding for years though.

just remember, you never win/lose unitl you sell!!!!
