re: Ann: Completion of Due Diligence and Noti... By virtue of the fact that Jedi is registered in the BVI's and is unlikely to have had any significant transactions (if any at all) prior to the KRL deal i doubt you would get any reasonable answer from KRL

Also given that the jedi deal is mandatory for the rest of the deal to go through I'd say you are wasting your time emailing the company. The resolution will go through regardless of the questionability of it.

If you want answers you are better getting the tax authorities to look at it.
