    375m new shares at 40c to raise A$150m means they have approx 520m shares out of new total of 1.18bln shares.

    they won't need many acceptaneces to get past 50% and 44% is basically a controlling stake anyway.

    so now either accept in part or full at 55c or ride with the chinese and see what happens?
