Tongo, obviously Cashmere is a private company so no way of knowing for sure but if they are leading the charge for the development of Esperence and have 5mtpa in Stage 1, its fair to say they are well advanced. CAZ would be more advanced but access to port will be the hold up
agree, access to Freo port is less likely and probably a 50/50 chance if that, though if the rumours are true and CAZ have ordered containers already then maybe its closer than it appears
