Equity at the project level being given up to a strategic partner has already been factored into valuations, everyone already knows dilution at the project level is going to occur. It will not be a surprise to one single person that project equity will be given up, so how will that push the share price downwards? Anyone who thinks the share price would fall on a partner announcement is dilusional.
