    I hope the ASX will investigate, but am not holding my breath.

    I haven't got time to read the details, but is it possible for the Chinese deal to get up, and the high risk Rand deal to get declined? If that happens, the Chinese money could then be used for lower risk Ventersburg (DFS not yet announced), and they fortuitously get the company at a fraction of its true value.
