agreed Phillipsm, directors holding so much stock will not want to see their shares diluted at these prices IMO, they had plenty of time in the past few months to raise cash closer to 20 cents if that was one of their concerns in the short term. I also believe they are not in a hurry to raise cash right now, they have a few months as burn rate is very slow, they may even be able to do a placement for a small amount like 3-4 million to pay for the third/forth quarter drilling. I am hoping for as little dillution as possible at least until the court case is resolved and JV is signed and if all goes well the share price is over 30-40 cents by third quarter....then they can raise money to get them through a few more months :-0)

I am hoping anyway, these guys are doing everything right so far, I am betting they keep it up,,,,DYOR
