1. the deal needs to go through and any impending action can derail things
2. The structure of the resolutions was preplanned for the large benefit of a few. jedi wasnt stumbled on overnight, I'm sure it was in the wind at the time of bayan

What i hope for is that a pump and dump will be created for large holders to realize some massive profits which will also give smaller retail holders to pocket some money.

I've seen this type of arrangement many time before
