Don't take offence from this but read the report guys & girls.
Do a search on "Jedi" and read all the appropriate items.
Better still go to the section of "Desadvantages of teh deal not going through"

It looks like the effcet would be minimal.

Not that we, there mere shareholders, could derail it!
