If you are unhappy with how the company is being run all you need to do is sell and move on. Fortunately with PRR you will find that there are many astute buyers who are more than happy to snap up your shares at these give asway prices.
Management is doing a great job running the company and also keeping shareholders informed. I don't want them wasting their valuable time to tell me what should be obvious to everfyone, i.e., approval for NASDAQ listing has still not being received.
