    eagle, there's supposed to be some "truth in takeovers" clause somewhere, meaning people just can't pull out- not on the price of oil, anyway. On the finance angle, yes, it could all fall apart. A pity it wasn't all organised before it was brought to market. Hopefully, they'll get finance, and the AUD will plummet. The AUD is causing problems everywhere.
