    All of the financing is being done via convertable notes that have an intrinsic value of ten cents. At some time in the future these notes will be exchanged for a new issue of shares. These WILL be sold on market at the highest price available. After they have sold out then is there any reason to prop the shareprice?
    Timing is everything on this stock.
