News of Govt likely to oppose CAZ plans late Monday confirmed our concerns. Govt has failed to even look at this relatively new technique of transporting in sealed containers then unloading into the hold of the ship. Too early to say that Freo containers is a definite no, but not looking good in the short-term. Govt will need some convincing. The Carles/Buswell relationship makes it even more tricky.
