    re: Ann: Completion of Due Diligence and Noti... Illiquid, it is clear that the original number of shares quoted for the transaction was 2.305 billion shares for the deal, as per the Dec 29 announcement. The announcement however does not disclose any other parties (JEDI).

    All i am saying is that the total consideration has not altered.

    Will i be voting in favour of Res 1 & 2? Yes
    Will i be voting against Res 3? Yes!

    Does it appear dubious in nature? yes!

    Are pockets being lined? Well and truly
