I need some help here.

I changed address at the time that the scheme of arrangement was executed in December 2010 and I did not receive any communication from BNY Mellon regarding allocation of BIP shares.

I have been chasing BNY Mellon for the last 3 months, but they claim that they do not have any holding in my name.

My holding of PIH was in an ANZ Share Loan account with eTrade Australia.

Is there anything special I need to know about how the account information with Link Registry Services would have been transferred to BNY Mellon that might help me locate the holding?
