I don't see why, in the scheme of things, that the spp should have much effect now on NEO's sp, the entitlements are all over - you can't get the spp any longer anyway - and the number of shares in the spp aren't that great compared to overall size of share register. So I'm still a bit sceptical about it all. I only hold fpo's, and haven't made up my mind about whether to take up the spp offer.
