No matter what CTP do to get some capital it will cause some lowering of monies available to shareholder - dillution. Whether it's because CTP has more shares in the market, or because the company borrows money, or because they share costs and profits in a Joint Venture.

I think the TSX listing is a good thing, but I have questions which I will raise in another thread about how it works.
