Gwaihir; T/O offer at an even much higher premium then what you've mentioned would be totally unacceptable for mine. Why? Well, we've had a rapid fall on the back of strengthened fundamentals (as opposed to bad news/scandal), and I'd personally like to stick around and enjoy the upside when it comes. I felt robbed when ADI got swallowed up (held a substantial number), and I'm currently carrying all of my original holding in SEA, which is quite substantial IMO. It's a bizarre time, and could be a great opportunity. Who knows...

I would rate this a strong buy based solely on the fundamentals. I've moved to a hold as I already carry plenty, though I would be buying in right now if I didn't. Where is the bottom...
