hi all.
a nice little jump up today even with weak ny manufacturing data and european debt concerns pushing us markets lower overnight.
with weekly and daily indictors still trending down we are still looking for a possible swing low on the daily, one concern i have is the next fib support level on the weekly is 42.74.
i feel we need to close above the close on the 6/5/2011 44.51 before any swing low could be in place.
demand for commodities still looks good.


SYDNEY (MarketWatch) -- Global demand for commodities remains robust, the chief executive of BHP Billiton Ltd, the world's largest mining company, said Monday after a sell off in recent weeks saw prices for a range of resources from oil to gold fall sharply, raising concerns that the market had become overheated.

"We probably think about short-term markets less than people think," Marius Kloppers told Dow Jones Newswires on the sidelines of a business conference in Sydney. "The near-term volatility isn't as important to us."

Kloppers said demand for key commodities like coking coal, iron ore, oil and gas remains "favorable".
