I for one was going to take up a good percentage of my entitlement but lost opportunity when SPP closed early. Dare say that quite a few were in the same position, as PPay is so easy to do and gives the buyer maximum opportunity and time to make decision. Instead bought a parcel at market value because I saw early closure as positive. My opinion only but was/am prepared to put money up front instead of just words by non holders. Like RH I am still riding the maid marion!
