We agree. And if they get their extra mills going then MCO's outlook will be even better.
The missing element is MCO delivering on its production and cost targets.
The other main issue is the recent change in overall market sentiment to risk-reduction mode (besides a stagnant AUD POG and rising input costs). This will reprice down all our goldies so one needs to lower ones expectations for MCO's share price, at least in the short term. The repricing takes place via a reduction in the PE ratios.
