Absolutely, without Georgia or Puntland success RRS is technically a slow burning company with a significant market cap so the reason to be RRL is for Georgia and Puntland.
This is obviously reflected in the Old Park Lane 1 year forecast of 12p (last i saw it) for Range and nearly $2 for the Rump Rocket!!
Success in Georgia and Puntland might well see the Rump Rocket in the same solar system as SFR.
