We should copy/print our Check List for De-Risking (as duplicate) - one(1) Check List for each country, 1 for Cameroon and another for Congo.

It would take two(2) Mining Licenses/Permits to get the ball rolling for the whole Project.... and of course two(2) on each of the pre-requisites to be ticked off on our Check List.

I know it's double-trouble every time we need a License or Permit, but that's the beauty of operating on 2 countries obviously.

Just some attention to details on the more important things for the Project.
