    I must not clutch at straws, but I do notice that the heading to the announcement states: "Large project in Mexico to commence in early 2012." Unless PHK has been careless with the truth, that heading suggests 'very likely to happen' rather than 'in our wildest dreams'.

    Anyway, I won't be selling this year.
