kINCELLA,that made you feel better didnt it.Go for it,lol.I dont know how much,or if the prices in Albury have gone up,but what I know is in central Albury you can get a 2 bed unit for around 200,000 which is very reasonable.So if the price is right properties will sell.It's the over inflated,ridiclious price ones that wont sell.I wonder how many of the places you talk about that are selling are the higher end ones,compared to the cheapies. Regardles keep thinking and posting whatever makes you feel more secure.If it makes you feel better do it.
