bit pointless doing a class action, when those things start the perpetrators tend to go to africa with impunity and start another mining company over there from what I have seen in the past.
You end up just loosing what ever moneterised value was in the company to lawyers.
I would think the best bet is for a creditor to make a mechanics lean, or a lender to call in their note, and put the company into admin to preserve what ever potential equity is left, if the company is perpetually running in the red.
Saying that if the current pit they are mining is allowing the company to run cash flow positive its probably better to let the company work its way out of its mess.
