To me it looks like there are buyers out there, hanging out for some stock to come onto the market from the 44c placement, but it isn't coming. Hence the jump at the end.
If the people who got the placement are holding on and not trying to hedge by selling some stock down, then it just reinforces blueballs' sentiment that it's not 'if' but 'when' this one goes for a run (IMO:).
