    UT, I acknowledge you have always been nuanced in your views, re: different areas performing differently. But would it be fair to say this sentence regarding higher end property, "many of these will likely come off 40 to 60%", is significantly more bullish than your viewpoint on that segment of the market, say, 6 months ago?
