im sure he/she is aware that nobody is trying to house the homeless and if they were it wouldn't be 1 per house either...

its a "figure of speach" which you are trying to hang yourself onto...

maybe the number itself doesn't imply saturation of the market ... but ...70% growth year on year would definately suggest so !

largets number in history would suggest so...

largest growth year on year in history would also point there...

so as much 370 000 thousand is not a magic number...the fact that there has never been larger (or larger gap)...DOES !
