Like I said, if there are illegal related party transactions, BRM needs to prove that to the regulator.
I can't see you having a win based on "the vibe".
I really hope we're at the stage where BRM management starts to swim with the tide, rather than against it. It would be a shame to see this end up in a court battle that lasts years.
