buy the rumour

LT holders, don't despair. This stock is attracting short term traders, those smart enough to do a little research including reading this forum. Traders would have been the ones buying up the stock all the way up to 16.5c until yesterday. When the media reported on the launch of Body Shaper, it simply triggered a trader sell-off according to the 'Buy The Rumour, Sell The Fact' rule.

It would be nice to see the price take off but it is fairly illiquid so it doesn't take many sellers to cap the price. That illiquidity is going to be our friend soon enough but I have accepted that we'll have to wait until the cash starts flowing in. Launches, by themselves, won't cause dramatic jumps in this sector because of the hesitancy due to the competitive nature of the sector, nobody knows when a product will be replaced by one superior without significant research.

So hang in there, this is a race that will be won over time. Watch the money flow in and the investors will follow. Even today's sellers will be buying back in, especially when the next rumour comes out! I'd suggest don't talk up these launches too much, we'll be rich but not overnight.
