Yes Choppy, as a holder Im trying to look on the bright side of why we will have a deal this time. I agree that we are seeing a similar run up in the SP as we did prior to the end of the last extension. If I remember correctly though it was closer to the end of the period so perhaps this is a good sign that an announcement will be forthcoming soon?
Ideally we would already have an announcement as management said that they did not anticipate the full extension period would be needed by Posit. All I can think is that things may move a little slower in Kyrgyzstan than was anticipated.
One thing is certain though, there isn't going to be any winners, including mangement, Posit and shareholders, if they cant get the deal done. I dont doubt the motivation for all to make this happen it really depends on the Kyrgyzstan government.
