For net earnings I used the current revenue of $2.8m/mth times the earnings multiple of 40-45% as discribed in the 29/11 report.
I have used 40% not 45%, a new gas plant would probably give us over 45% net.
The numbers could be twicked a little but they are close with what is available.
Dilution and lower flow rates take their toll.
