I have never voted for Labor or the Greens in my life.
I have never been a member of any political party, nor employed by any either.
I have never volunteered my time for any political party.
I have mainly voted Liberal but sometimes vote Independent depending on the candidates in my electorate - whether State or Federal.
I work in the mining industry as a mining engineer so see the latest mining tax and carbon tax proposals by the Greens and ALP as a direct attack on my livelihood and profession.
And a direct attack on the whole of Australia and our living standards and wealth creation.
Mining supplies most of our exports which earns us foreign currency to pay our import bills, plus has a huge multiplication factor in our economy.
And contrary to popular opinion and ALP lies, most money earnt in Australia is being reinvested in expansion projects to earn even more export income and create more wealth into the future, FOR ALL AUSTRALIANS.
