They have been making promises for a while. In a recent article, the MD (Starr?) was non-committal on when the Biogold deal was to be FULLY finalised, but did say that Mar / April was a reasonable time frame.
I think that's why the previous MD Secker is now concentrating on this deal instead of being the MD. They obviously let things slip for a while instead of knotting out all the steps along to final approval as soon as they could.
Secker has operated in China for some time and has good contacts. He should be able to wrap this up now that ther are no distractions of being MD !!
