ESG completed this document and clearly made the disclosure that their project was likely to be a controlled action on page 34.

I believe the Wilderness Society first reported the Federal Minister's decision:

Obviously there's abit of spin in it for them but the facts are this was always going to be the outcome going by the referral document that DC signed off!
