yep read about that Soros story but there are also other funds that totally disagree with what Soros and the others have done, but we also need to factor in that Bernanke said that there would not be a tightening of monetary policy by the fed for a while yet, so either Soros got is wrong or that he is banking on something else driving the pog down or that he has eyed an opportunity in something else totally different from gold.
I agree that the speed with which the pog is rebounding does say to me that is a strong signal that pog has got plenty of steam left in it yet
For me Soros just took profits, very nice profit indeed
