Has anyone ever tried to complain to ASIC? It's called 'dream on..'

The last time I did, it was a clear-cut case of insolvent trading by a public company, in which trade creditors had been defrauded of $1.3m. We were told: "Sorry guys, we're still dealing with Bell Group from 1988. Get in the queue if you want, but we haven't got the budget or staff to deal with the ones that are already our books. Your case is too small to receive priority anyway". At which point we gave it away.

The organisation is a paper tiger with cardboard teeth!

(Not that you have anything to complain about with JPR. There are very steady hands on the wheel there now, and nothing could be more reassuring than the raising of adequate capital with a contingency for the inevitable unknowns).
