    I agree its not quite risk free
    in light of the dilution, possible SH rejection (not likely I know), also the buried clause with more free shares should targets not be met, opaque intentions of buyer, 10% seems like a fair premium to me

    even at 50c we're well above the old trading channel so win win either way I say
