I looked carefully at the graphs, they are impressive. They seem to show decreasing rates of infection before vaccination, amongst other things. However one the complications is the introduction of sulfa drugs in about 1935 that were very effective against bacteria until antibiotics were introduced in the 1940s. As I understand it Australia was the first country where antibiotics were used in civilians. I would question a number of the graphs.
I decided to google the name of the author and I came up with this site that carefully examines each paper referred to by anti vaccinaters. You might find the critique interesting.
