It wasn't necessarily directed in response to your comments, rather it relates to the overall volume of information.
I alluded to this last week or perhaps it was the week before, there is/has clearly been information that some on this forum have been privy to prior to the market being made aware, fact!

If the regulators were to investigate this I'm sure it would cause not only those directly involved significant pain but more importantly indirectly it would also effect all other shareholders given the light that the shadow that would be cast over the company?

I could go on but there's no point.
