agreeably disagreeable people. this thread has become too long. lunatics, the night dwellers who come here trying to puff a chest or whatever other seeming to try and know what we daily folk have been talking about, is fun, but also tiring.

go to sleep and hold the legal idea you actually 'hold' only in name, and dream well. you're good at it, but dare i say, not at corporate governance issues..
