given tunisia has had/is having problems supplying rp to it's fertilizer plants(which i think are largely all still not operating) due to protests and unrest, must make australia a very attractive destination for a reliable supply of rp/phosphates in comparison.
pity there is not a date on the article, very good chance the deal might have fallen through due to recent troubles in tunisia over recent months.
