ITS was Yimin Zhang copied on the reply? - he is Jinchuan's man on the board. Whereas David can't give anymore than the bland replies we have all gotten, I believe he is using it as means of proving to Jinchuan the strength and breadth of feeling from ordinary shareholders. So please don't think it is not worth e-mailing David, if you have not already done so. Make clear that you expect them to act in the long term interests of all shareholders and massive dilution is not in the long term interests of all shareholders.
