for some reason that message cut off the important bit - the option seller was just me and I know nothing so don't read into it - this could be about to go to 20c for all I know - I just have these stupid things called rules/discipline and I have a maximum amount that I am willing to own at the end of the month and I didn't want to be in a position of trying to sell 5m in the last 2 days - I heavily over expose myself to certain trades but under strict conditions - especially options - it works for me but each to their own. For what it is worth I will sell a further 1m NEOO sometime between now and the end of the month (still have enough though) - not market impacting stuff anymore but there was more info in someone lifting OPL & NEO at the same time than there was in me selling NEOO just before IMHO.
