    that equates to about $71 per ton or $14 per barrel profit.

    If you do the calcs on CTP's coal, ~3 Billion tons and extrapolate that out, it gives you;
    1.5 barrels of oil per ton X 3000,000,000
    = 4,500,000,000 barrels.

    which equates to 950,000,000 tons of oil

    X $71 = $7,800,000,000

    .... hope my calcs are fairly accurate, ... what's a few noughts here or there? :)

    Ahh, 300 Billion, not 3 Billion above 1000m. And that's probable JORC. 300 billion has 11 zero's.

    There could be 1 Trillion,

    Lets base it on 300 Billion.

    Therefore

    That equates to about $71 per ton or $9.85 per barrel profit.(Seems very low.Chinese are renown for not showing too much profit so as not to pay tax. In Australia I believe we would see with current oil prices around $40 to $50 per barrel profit IMO)
    Lets base it on $71 per ton(approx $9.85 barrel)

    1.5 barrels of oil per ton X 300,000,000,000
    = 450,000,000,000 barrels.

    138.8 kg = barrel of oil

    62,460,000,000,000 kg

    which equates to 62,460,000,000 tons of oil

    X $71 = $4,434,660,000,000

    That's approx $4.4 Trillion Dollars !!!!!!!

    (The US Gov owes more than $14 Trillion in Fiat Money)

    Divide that by 1 billion CTP shares(lets base the US & AU dollar at Parity)

    = $4,434.66 per share in value if it was all to be mined today.

    I would normally work it out on a 30 year to suck it all out but lets base it on 100 years.

    Therefore,

    $4,434.66 / 100

    $44.35 per year return per share x PE of 20

    Valuation = $887.00 per share

    For 300 years to extract the coal and convert to oil,

    $4,434.66 / 300

    $14.78 per year return per share x PE of 20

    Valuation = $295.64 per share today

    Question is, can we produce 1.5 billion barrels a year for 300 years ??

    Probably not. Sassol produces 54.75 million Barrels a year in South Africa via CTL which is 3.65% of 1.5 billion Barrels.

    Therefore 3.65% of $295.64 share price is $10.79 per share.

    I'll take that !!!.

    We could probably get another $50 bucks per share selling to another 4 or 5 outfits to set up shop on our acreage.

    Or Sassol could set up 5 of their South African projects here. 1 of them could be all ours.

    Very Happy

    LOL...
