No, Sarco, I dont think most give a hoot about the virgins....or boys, lol. Maybe some starving in Gaza may be attracted to the thought of the 300 dishes of food on plates of gold, but I dont think the sex is the driving force.
We hear many times a day people using the name of God in vain and rather blaphemously.....and have you ever heard a Christian publicly call someone to task for it? It is not a good idea to do it in front of Muslims.....
Also, Muslims can accept hardship & tragedies much better through solace in their religion than Christians.... Those are the sort of things I was referring to.....
Not the 72 virgins. Most thinking people would look ahead to a vision of 72 ex-virgins all with headaches at the same time and happily forgo their virgin allotments. Paradise is supposedly a place of peace & tranquillity......:-)
