    SIlver speculative positions are now at two year lows. What does this mean for the price of silver moving ahead do you think. Can it possibly get into what some see as good-buying territory ie under $30 and if not, what will happen to the 'smart money' waiting on the sidelines as the price of silver moves back into the high 30's??
