Great post RB.
Capacity a bit low.
only 20,000 barrels a day.
I based mine in 150,000 barrels a day. Same as Sassol in South Africa. Was not trying to be too accurate, just got back home 2am in the morning after a few bottles of red.
If CTL or UCG/GTL was to be done on CTP acreage, I am sure no one would muck around with a 20,000 barrel a day setup.
More like starting with 100,000 a day and the capacity to ramp it up.
Why not. Liquid fuel of the future, safe country, heaps of coal for a few hundred years, no environmental issues out there.
Could definitely multiply your figures by 5 easily.
A.
